Overall a nice stay, clean accommodation and walking distance to bullring and Xmas markets. The car parking is so handy, free magazines
Good location, near arena. the bathroom was nice and clean and free hot drinks
no complaints, we will be back when in birmingham. very clean room, favourable location and staff were friendly. the restaurant had cool food.
Modern hotel, we liked everything.
Free WiFi was working perfectly. The room was good sized and the bed was comfortable. Nothing was much trouble for the bar staff. We would come here again, if travelling to Birmingham.
At least £15 cheaper per night than other local hotels, basic compact but comfortable rooms with a great shower and good in room temp control. Loved the complimentary choccies. Staff kind polite and efficient, hotel spotless throughout. Better in all ways than a premier inn or travelodge!
Next to the uni so there was some street noise and so this hotel should invest in some double glazing - I stayed on a Thursday so it wasn't that bad but I expect Fri/sat nights are worse.
I stayed at this hotel for 4nights. The hotel staff were amazing. During my staff I was unwell and I could not have asked for better care. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaints were that the Internet was very slow at certain times of the evening and the breakfast was very basic. Overall a great stay, will be booking this hotel without a doubt next year! Thank you ibis styles Birmingham
Easy to book & efficient check-in/Reception Service. Room was clean and had everything you need for a relaxing overnight stay.
Only 1 extra pillow in a twin room.
Breakfast was very poor, grumpy staff, probably the worst hotel breakfast ever !!
Cleanliness staff and nearness to popular sites. Also a very comfy bed not too hard.
Everything was fine
As we were not on business I didn't like the hidden cost of the car park £12
The staff were very friendly, the bed very comfortable, my room was quiet and the shower was excellent.
The breakfast was fine but very basic. I would have liked a range of fruit options (not just green apples) including fruit salad. Also, a nut selection to go on my cereal would have been welcome.
Nice polite staff ;)
That we was able to check in as soon as we arrived at 11 am
There wasn't anything we didn't like
Gave us directions and very friendly
no English breakfast
The complementary breakfast was most welcome
Can't think of anything
